The meeting presenter starts our
Meeting Webcaster application on his desktop and then selects whatever
presentation tool he wishes to use for the presentation (Powerpoint, Excel, even a web browser for web touring).
The meeting attendees go to this page and click
the link to join the meeting below.
There's a brief delay of about 1-3 seconds and the attendee is presented the screen and
entered into the meeting.
